We currently offer shipping across India and international shipping services is also available, extra charges may apply for international shipping based on location.
We work with multiple shipping partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of your orders. Currently, we collaborate with the following courier services:
– DTDC: Known for its nationwide reach and reliable service, DTDC is one of our trusted shipping partners.
– Shiprocket: Shiprocket helps us streamline our shipping operations, ensuring that your orders are delivered efficiently.
– India Post: With its extensive network, India Post enables us to serve customers across even remote areas with reliable delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
a. Standard Shipping
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and the size of your order.
- Free standard shipping may be offered for orders above a specified amount, which will be clearly mentioned on our website and at checkout.
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be applied as per the delivery location.
b. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. These charges will be shown at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Standard Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 1-7 business days for major cities and 1-15 business days for remote areas.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are delivered within 1-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier delays. Apperelle is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipment Tracking
After your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues
a. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout, your package may be delayed or returned to us. We will attempt to contact you to resolve any issues, but Apperelle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
b. Missed Delivery
In case of a missed delivery, the courier service will attempt redelivery according to their policies. If the package is returned to Apperelle due to repeated missed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay for the reshipment of your order.
c. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us at admin@apperelle.com within 1-2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
7. Delivery Exceptions
Due to the nature of some products, we may have restrictions on delivering certain items to specific regions or remote areas. These exceptions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page and at checkout.
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
9. Change of Shipping Address
