1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at admin@apperelle.com or through your account on our website. Once canceled, a full refund will be processed within 7 Working Days.
  • Apperelle-Initiated Cancellation: In rare instances, we may cancel an order due to issues such as out-of-stock items, payment problems, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

b. After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return as per our Return Policy below.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items as outlined below:

a. Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 Working Days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for the following items:
    • Custom-stitched or altered products
    • Items purchased during sale events
    • Intimate apparel such as blouses or dupattas

b. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
